What are ceramic magnets? Where do they come from?

ferrite magnets Going into details ceramic magnets are man-made magnets that are produced by heating iron oxide and strontium carbonate at a temperature of up to 2,000 °F, converting into a ferrite material with a strong magnetic field.

But to say clearly it is an ordinary magnet that we all are used to. These are the ones our physiks teacher was using to explain the nature of magnetic power and existence of magnetic poles. Returning home from a holiday we visit a souvenir shop to buy that special magnet as a reminder of a lovely family trip. We use them on our fridge to stick the new recipe we want to try out, they serve us to keep our cabinets and purchases closed, simply saying they are everywhere.

Quick excursion through the world of ceramic magnets. Ceramic magnets aren't the strongest ones as their holding power varies from 100 to 500 grams, but be sure that would be quite enough for your daily use. Moreover they are of different sizes and some of them even have the adhesive backing! What does that mean? Well, it means that you will save your time. You don't have to glue it by yourself, just peel and stick. Doesn't that sound perfect?
